Adding a Reservation

To add a new reservation in Tables Host:

  1. Click on the person icon with a plus sign in the top menu bar.



  2. Select the party size by choosing the number of adults, children, and babies.
  3. Choose the date and reservation time slot.
  4. Select the occasion type from the available options.
  5. Choose whether a menu or pre-order is required.
  6. Select the restaurant area or section.
  7. Enter the guest's name, phone number, and email to link to their profile.


  8. Add any booking notes or customer notes as needed.
  9. Click Confirm and Continue to save the new reservation.

Adding a walk in

To add a walk-in guest in Tables Host:

  1. From the Guest Summary or Table Plan page, your table.
  2. Click on the empty table to highlight it.
  3. Select the Add Walk-In option.
  4. Enter the party size, estimated turn time, and optionally set a wait time.


You can also add walk-ins directly to the waitlist from the Reservations page if needed.
